FASHIONFACTORTHE BRAND NETWORK

YOUR DETAILS. YOUR CHOICE.

Privacy & media.

A clear explanation of how this brand network uses contact details and shares event media.

When you open an album

Album covers and titles may be public. When a host requires sign-in, you use your ChatGPT account and provide your name and contact number. Your signed-in email, contact details, album access agreement and preferences are recorded privately for the team managing that album. These details help provide access and respond to support or media requests.

Updates are your choice

Future event or brand updates are optional. The marketing box starts unchecked, and you can access a gated album without opting in. For gallery subscriptions, visit My account to withdraw your choice. For an enquiry, choose “Privacy or media removal request” in that brand’s contact form to ask about your details or withdraw your update preference.

When you make an enquiry

The selected brand receives the name, email, contact number and request details you submit. Model portfolios and preferred dates are only collected if you choose to include them. Requests are stored for the team to review; submitting a request does not confirm a booking, appointment, event participation or representation.

Your photographs and films

Media is published by an authorized host. Copyright remains with its owner. Follow the album’s credit instructions, respect the people shown, and seek the necessary permission before commercial use. Downloading a photograph does not transfer copyright or create a commercial image release.

Access and storage

Only authorized administrators can manage albums and view contact records. Media originals in gated albums are checked for access before they are served. Necessary sign-in and administrator session cookies support this access. This hub does not use advertising trackers. Publicly shared covers or downloads may be saved or reshared by their recipients.

A question, correction or removal request?

Use the contact form for the brand that published the album and choose “Privacy or media removal request”. Include the album title and filename so the team can identify the content. You can also ask the team about access to, correction of or deletion of your contact details.

Updated 27 October 2026. Existing FF RSVP registrations and event agreements continue to apply to that service.
